Albanian alps cooking is simple and natural, it’s a meat bases menu, Balkanit stile. In albanian alps are commonly produced with homemade techniques all diary products as the white cheese, butter and ricotta. Also the meat which is dried in natural way and is called ‘pasterma’. Our tradition brandy is ‘Raki’ produced in a traditional homemade way with local grapes.
