Albanian alps cooking is simple and natural. A combination of local and organic ingredients alongside traditional recipes allow us to bring to you a food experience in the midst of an unspoiled Alpine landscape. Meat and dairy products are taken from cattle and sheep grazing on Alpine pastures nearby. We use also, typical local ingredients, including lamb, herbs, and dairy products. Local dishes, fresh produce, natural ingredients, authentic recipes, organic goods grew on land, uncomplicated preparation, and delicious foods reflect a free-spirited outlook on life.
We focus on products of Albanian origin made by controlled organic suppliers, with farms and producers who put quality first, supporting the local economy.
